Martha J. Miller, 73, passed away suddenly on December 7, 2022 in Columbus. Martha grew up in Worthington, where she formed numerous lifelong, treasured friendships. She is survived by her husband Terry Miller, her son Tim Miller and her brother James Johnson. Martha was a superb student, and her thirst for knowledge was perpetual, so she read avidly throughout her life. She was a valedictorian of Bishop Watterson High School and an honors graduate of Ohio Dominican University. Martha became a member of the Ohio Dominican President’s Club and served on multiple university planning bodies. Martha was an indefatigable doer of good deeds. Martha sang in the Immaculate Conception Church funeral choir for decades. Martha essentially functioned as an extra mom to some of Tim’s childhood mates, and she was the mother to a succession of cherished canine and feline adoptees. A memorial service will be held on January 24, 2023, the 74th anniversary of Martha’s birth, at noon at the Chapel of Christ the King in Sansbury Hall on the campus of Ohio Dominican University.
